EGNAHC A-Z

Design Can Change are a group of designers committed to sustainable business practices. The web information and ebooklets related to climate change and environmental sustainability are attractively presented, jargon free and well worth looking at. The booklets are designed to be read on screen and shared electronically.

Individuals and groups at a grassroots level are aware of, and concerned about, the impact of climate change and want to do their bit to encourage environmental sustainability. Rather than bemoan the current state of affairs, Design Can Change encourage us all to become involved in whatever way we can in our own businesses and lives.

How can I be involved?

  • Spread the word and connect with like minded people.
  • Let others know that during April 2012, traverselife will participate in the A-Z Blogging Challenge hosted by Arlee Bird (information about the challenge is here) and devote the 26 letters of the alphabet to current information about the environment, climate and change. It won't be a month of doom and gloom - after all I did attend the Happiness Conference and want to incorporate those lessons in this context!                                                                                                                                              To assist in this rather daunting challenge, I will be assisted by my daughter Amelia who will have completed a degree in Global Information Systems - a course related to climate and environmental  awareness and sustainability.
  • Follow the 2012 A-Z Blogging Challenge next April on this site and offer comments, support and information. (For new visitors, remember to interact nicely please).
  • Our goal is to present climate information in addition to positive and proactive actions we can all take and to
  • Connect with others interested in change at a grassroots level.
  • Follow the links, read the booklets, take the pledge.
  • Do you blog? If so, please post about the effort and what you are doing to support sustainability and educate others in your life and work.
  • You can download the “change” icon and link to the Design Can Change website. (Click on EGNAHC at the top of this page.)
