I'm a Career Development & Life Coach with 30 years experience working on and around the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.
I employ various techniques to help clients understand and extend themselves, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, adult learning theories, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), brain aware learning, and experiential strategies. My goal is to highlight strengths, focuses on solutions rather than problems and encourage enthusiastic participation in your own Career-Life journey.

I've worked with companies as diverse as Bluescope Steel, Monash University Engineering Department, Target and Chisholm Institute of TAFE, providing outplacement services, resume writing workshops, MBTI workshops as well as one on one career development counselling for operational staff, students and management.
Participants tell me I have an engaging and inclusive method of presentation. I have a strong interest in equity, particularly for participants who may have had a disrupted education or who may have experience discrimination in the workplace.
Effective workplace communication is an ongoing area of interest. It was rewarding to edit a highly regarded booklet for international students in Victoria to assist them to understand the Australian workplace culture and negotiate the challenges of finding work in Australia.
Current interests include (but are not limited to) looking at strategies for older workers to remain engaged in the workforce while looking forward to a rich, full and meaningful retirement.
