Sadly all too often when a child complains, we assume they're exaggerating and will side with the teacher without delving deeper or looking for a pattern.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09715879775216108688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6289360952268100151.post-3620538753504676742011-12-01T10:25:57.437+11:002011-12-01T10:25:57.437+11:00Hi Sue!

Too often the perpetrator often goes on to work elsewhere - which would be fine if there had been competent, effective re-training so the person learnt new behaviours.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09715879775216108688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6289360952268100151.post-48403948970683090142011-10-31T02:29:29.009+11:002011-10-31T02:29:29.009+11:00That really sucks when a teacher bullies a kid. I had to go to court in the sixth grade and testify against a teacher who punched one of my nest friends. It was traumatic for everyone. In the end, he was gone and ended up teaching in another city far away.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6289360952268100151.post-53615819183167575722011-10-30T12:21:51.592+11:002011-10-30T12:21:51.592+11:00Delores - absolutely.Delores - absolutely.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09715879775216108688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6289360952268100151.post-88648887796391636072011-10-30T12:03:37.142+11:002011-10-30T12:03:37.142+11:00There should be some kind of psychological testing...There should be some kind of psychological testing for teachers to weed out the misfits.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
